City of Regina - Downtown Plan 

In October 2007, the City of Regina announced that a new, comprehensive plan will be created for downtown Regina.  The Downtown Master Plan called 'Walk to Work' will go to council in April 2009.  The new plan will be one of the first projects to implement the new City of Regina 2020 vision and will strategically direct growth and development in the downtown into the future.  Click here for more information on the Downtown Development Plan.

Regina Downtown Plan Forum 2

In April 2008,  the public was invited to learn about the vision, principles and big ideas for Regina's downtown at Forum 2.  The forum included a presentation of the draft Downtown Plan and an interactive session to gain feedback on whether or not the plan was on the right track to create a fantastic downtown.

Regina Downtown Plan Forum 3:  June 18, 2008

Forum 3 took place June 18 and 19 and included a presentation on the work completed since Forum 1 and 2 and an interactive feedback session with the public and City Council.
